For Naomi, movement has always been more than exercise—it’s a language, a pathway to healing, and a powerful tool for discovering what’s possible within the physical body and beyond. With over 20 years of education and teaching experience, she blends the precision of Pilates, the mindfulness of yoga, the science of functional fitness, and the intuition of movement therapy to help people feel stronger, freer, and truly at home in their bodies.
Her teaching journey began as a professional dancer and Pilates instructor, where movement was both her passion and her profession. After a back injury transformed her perspective, Naomi immersed herself in corrective exercise, functional anatomy, and yoga therapy, expanding her ability to guide others through their own challenges, resilience, and growth.
A seasoned member of the movement industry, Naomi has owned and operated her own Pilates studio, developed and managed athletic programs, facilitated teacher trainings and workshops, mentored instructors, and continues to teach both private and group classes. Today, she is a multifaceted movement coach and dedicated educator for teachers seeking to elevate their skill, confidence, and impact. Whether you’re recovering from injury, building strength, or exploring movement in a deeper, more embodied way, Naomi invites you to experience movement as a lifelong practice—one that supports your body, your confidence, and your whole self.
